Multi-Family Mixed Use Strata Development.
43 Apartments and 8 Commercial Strata Units built in concrete and steel structure.
East Village
East Village is a Multi-Family Mixed-Use Purpose-Built Rental Development. 34 Rental apartments built in the upcoming Hastings Sunrise area now called East Village. This project featured large balconies and upscale finishings.

128 West 6th
Mixed-use retail, office, live-work studios.​ 6 levels full concrete structure building. This building was one of our early achievements. It featured new concepts in industrial occupancies and eventually housed Starbucks' Canadian head office as well as a magazine and several famous artists. The development encompasses an area of 42,000 sq ft. It consists of warehouse + retail on the main level, offices on 2nd, and live & work studios around an open courtyard on 3rd and 4th, with 2 levels underground parking.

Custom Estate Home University Endownment Lands Vancouver

We worked on this home with a client who wanted an estate home for his family. The client decided that he wanted a unique look and feel for the home. There is almost $1.5 million dollars worth of architectural millwork in the home completed by our project partner Stylewood. All of the woodwork was designed and customized for the client. Every piece and detail was first designed and approved by the client before millwork and installation. Through this great collaboration of client and team we were able to complete a timeless home that is unique in every detail.
Modern Smart Home

This unique modern home was the culmination of hundreds of hours of design work by our design partner Raffaele & Associates. The dream of our principal Dan Funaro this home is unique in every detail and is a smart home that has controls for everything from entry to media to lights and complete automation. Featuring an architecturally sound designed movie theater, an outdoor kitchen and incredible views, this home is an entertainer's dream.
Westcoast Contemporary

This westcoat contemporary style home was custom built for one of our customers on the West Side of Vancouver.
The owner wanted to blend traditional styles with modern design but did not want the house to become overly modern.
There are many elements in this house that blend East and West cultures.
